Data Retention

A practical schedule for initial enquiries, form backups and diagnostic information.

Initial form enquiries

Normally retained for up to 24 months so HOLTECH can respond, follow up, assess suitability and keep continuity across conversations.

Active project records

Where an enquiry becomes an active project, records may be retained for the duration of the project and for a reasonable period afterwards for business, legal, accounting, security and dispute-resolution purposes.

Technical logs

Submission IDs, IP addresses, user agents, SMTP diagnostics and server logs may be kept for security, anti-spam and troubleshooting. They should be reviewed periodically and removed when no longer needed.

Deletion requests

Deletion or correction requests can be sent to paul@pnholt.com. Some records may need to be kept where there is a legal, accounting, security or dispute-related reason.

Public-form limit

Public forms should be used only for first contact. Sensitive material should not be sent until an appropriate route has been agreed.
