Privacy Notice

This notice explains how PNHolt.com / HOLTECH Future Systems handles information submitted through the public website forms and direct enquiries.

Who controls the data?

The website is operated by Paul Holt / HOLTECH Future Systems. For privacy requests, contact paul@pnholt.com.

What information is collected?

  • Information you provide in forms, including name, email address, organisation, website, sector, location, budget range, timeline, message and readiness-score answers.
  • Technical information needed for security and diagnostics, such as submission time, IP address, user agent, referrer and a unique submission ID.
  • Email correspondence if you contact HOLTECH directly.

Why is it used?

  • To respond to enquiries and assess whether a consultation, sourcing review, partnership discussion or pilot pathway may be suitable.
  • To keep a private backup record of form submissions in case email delivery fails.
  • To protect the website from spam, abuse and technical faults.
  • To improve the clarity and usefulness of HOLTECH services.

What should not be submitted?

Please do not send passwords, banking details, full identity documents, confidential contracts, sensitive personal records, private technical credentials or regulated financial information through the public forms. If such material is needed later, a more appropriate route should be agreed first.

Who is it shared with?

Information may pass through hosting, email and SMTP providers so the form can be processed and delivered. It is not sold as a mailing list. If a specific project later requires third-party suppliers, that should be discussed as part of the engagement.

How long is it kept?

Initial enquiry records are normally retained for up to 24 months unless there is an active project, legal need, accounting requirement or continuing correspondence. Diagnostic logs may be retained for shorter operational periods. See the Data Retention page for the practical schedule.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information by emailing paul@pnholt.com. Some records may need to be kept where required for legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution reasons.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the site does not include advertising pixels or behavioural tracking scripts. Standard server logs may still be created by the hosting provider. If analytics are later added, this notice should be updated before deployment.
